Terms of Service
Last updated 2 October 2026
These terms apply when you use linkcardly.com or buy a Linkcardly card. By placing an order, you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Questions go to hello@linkcardly.com.
The service
Linkcardly gives you a digital business card at linkcardly.com/<your-name>. You can share it by link, QR code or NFC tag. You can build the card yourself, or ask us to design it for you. You get a private edit link to update your card.
Plans, prices and renewal
- Each plan (Digital Card or Motion Card) covers one card for one year from the day it goes live. The price is shown at checkout before you pay. Indian orders include 18% GST.
- Payment is a one-time charge for that year. We don't renew or charge you automatically. Before your year ends, we'll offer a renewal.
- If you don't renew, your card stops being shown publicly and you can no longer edit it. If you renew later, we restore the same link where we still can.
- We may change prices for future orders and renewals. A price change never affects a year you've already paid for.
Your card name
Card names are first come, first served. Some words are reserved. We may change or remove a name that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark or misleads people. If we do, we'll tell you and help you pick a new one.
Your content
- You own what you put on your card. You give us permission to host, display and adapt it (for example, resizing your photo) only to run your card and the service.
- You confirm the details are accurate and that you have the right to use every photo, video, logo and licence number on your card.
- Don't use Linkcardly for anything illegal, deceptive, hateful or sexually explicit, for spam or phishing, to impersonate someone, or to collect data you're not allowed to collect.
- Messages that visitors leave on your card are personal data. Use them only to reply to that person, and follow the privacy laws that apply to you.
We may pause or remove a card that breaks these rules, or that we're legally required to take down. Where we can, we'll tell you first and explain why.
Your edit link
Anyone with your edit link can change your card, so keep it private. If it leaks, ask us and we'll replace it. You're responsible for changes made with your link until you tell us it's been shared.
Availability
We work hard to keep cards online, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted, for example during maintenance or outages at our providers. We may improve or change features over time. We won't remove the core of what you paid for during your paid year.
Liability
Linkcardly is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost business or lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
Ending the service
You can ask us to take your card down at any time. Refunds follow the Refund Policy. If we ever stop running Linkcardly, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and a refund for the unused part of your paid year.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, e-mail card owners. The new terms apply from your next order or renewal. These terms are governed by the laws of the place where you live as a consumer, and otherwise by the laws stated on your invoice.
