Refund Policy
Last updated 2 October 2026
We want you to be happy with your card. If you're not, here's how refunds work.
14-day refund
You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying, for any reason. Your card will be taken offline when the refund is made.
After 14 days
After 14 days, your plan is non-refundable for the rest of that year, except:
- if we can't deliver your card, or it's offline for a long time because of a fault on our side. You'll then get a refund for the unused months.
- if we stop running Linkcardly. You'll then get a refund for the unused part of your year.
- where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.
Cards we design for you
If you asked us to design your card, we'll make changes until you're happy before it goes live. If we can't get it right, you'll get a full refund, even after 14 days, as long as the card hasn't gone live yet.
Double charges and payment errors
If you were charged twice, or charged for an order that failed, we refund the extra payment in full, whenever you tell us.
Renewals
We never renew or charge you automatically, so there's nothing to cancel. If you renew and change your mind, the same 14-day refund applies from the renewal payment.
How to ask
E-mail hello@linkcardly.com from the address on your order, with your order number (it starts with LC- or NBR-). We reply within one business day.
Refunds go back to the original payment method (Stripe or Razorpay). They're usually processed within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
